Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my envelope?

I mail the crafts on the 10th of every month. Part of the fun of snail mail is that the arrival day is a surprise.

If you sign up before the 10th of the month, you'll receive that month's letter. If you sign up after the 10th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email me at anne@kidscraftletters.com and I'll end your subscription or change your address.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship to any country that USPS allows (not on the USPS restricted list). Email anne@kidscraftletters.com if you're interested in receiving a letter internationally.
